Dr Sarah Hudson is a Full professor at RSB.  She completed her PhD at Sheffield University, UK. She is currently the Head of the Management and Stragey academic department, after serving during 3 years as the Director of the PhD programme. She teaches and publishes on the topic of CSR, sustainable development and business ethics.

Her current research interests are in the human behavioural and psychological elements of managerial decision-making, employee emotions and well-being and consumer behaviour and attitudes to the issues of technology and business ethics. Her work has been published in journals such as the Journal of Business Ethics and Journal of Vocational Behavior.
