Dr Youenn Lohéac is Associate Professor in Economics at RSB since 2021. He obtained his Ph.D. in 2004 from the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. Prior to joining RSB, he was a post-doc in food decisions at INRAE -Dijon (2004-2006) and Associate Professor at Brest Business School. He uses experimental economics to improve the understanding of decision making, notably in food consumption and health behavior (information, trade-off, WTP). The last granted projects he participated in were about meat substitution, and food mobile application use, and were in collaboration with regional companies.

He is expert for ANSES, and was for INSERM and French Ministry of Health. His research is published in Journal of Health Economics, Ecological Economics, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organizations, Revue Economique, Food Quality and Preference, among others. He teaches Economics and shares knowledge at different levels. He regularly holds conferences for professional panels.
