Dr Ljupka Naumovska is an Associate Professor of Marketing and the Academic Director of the Masters and PGE programs at Rennes School of Business. She holds a PhD in Marketing from the University St. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje. With over 15 years of combined academic and professional experience, she brings expertise in digital marketing, integrated communications, and multigenerational consumer behavior. Her teaching portfolio includes a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses such as Integrated Online and Offline Communication, Digital Marketing and Branding and Digital Advertising. She has extensive international teaching experience with visiting positions in Peru, India, Poland, the U.S., Spain, and Slovakia. At Rennes School of Business, with her managerial role she also oversees program development, curriculum alignment, and academic coordination for the master programs. Dr. Naumovska’s research focuses on marketing to children and Gen Z, digital media influence, and influencers marketing. She has presented her work at international academic conferences and published in leading journals and edited volumes. She serves as a reviewer for journals such as Business: Theory and Practice and the International Journal of Management and Economics, and is editor of two academic e-books on marketing transformation during the COVID-19 pandemic. Alongside her academic role, Dr. Naumovska has led communication campaigns and branding strategies for both public and private sectors, including consultancy for USAID project, the EU funded projects, and national government institutions. Her political marketing experience includes advisory roles for presidential communications and advocacy training. She is an active mentor and educator in the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, supporting early-stage digital startups and delivering training in marketing and branding. Dr. Naumovska is a recipient of several fellowships, including from the U.S. State Department (WorldChicago) and the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA). In recognition of her leadership, she was named “Woman Manager of the Year” by the Macedonian Ministry of Economy in 2012. Her professional affiliations and voluntary work reflect a strong commitment to social responsibility, youth development, and gender equity. She is a member of the Management Board of Junior Achievement Macedonia and the Center for Research and Policy Making, and actively supports initiatives for social justise, animals rights and marginalized communities.
