Dr Tunyaporn Vichiengior is an Assistant Professor of Marketing. She holds a PhD in Management from Rennes School of Business (France), a Master of Commerce in Marketing from Macquarie University (Australia), and a BA from Chulalongkorn University (Thailand). Her academic journey reflects a deep commitment to cross-cultural learning and interdisciplinary research. Prior to joining the academia, she worked for several years in the service sector. This inspired her to focus on research on consumer anticipation and its impact on post-consumption evaluations, with publications in leading journals such as the International Journal of Research in Marketing, European Journal of Marketing, and Journal of Marketing Management. Her work explores how pre-consumption emotional and cognitive processes shape the overall consumer experiences. She has taught a wide range of courses at undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels, including Consumer Behavior, B2B marketing, and Marketing of Innovations. She is particularly passionate about integrating sustainability, ethics, and innovation into marketing education.
