Dr Ousayna Zreik is Associate Professor of Finance and Accounting at Rennes School of Business. She holds a Ph.D. and Master’s degree from the University of Rennes 1, where she was also a teaching fellow. Prior to joining RSB, she was Vice Dean and Lecturer at Damascus University.
Her research focuses on sustainable finance, corporate financial performance, risk disclosure, AI integration, and climate-related financial risks. She has published in international journals such as Economics Letters, Research in International Business and Finance, Economics Bulletin, and The Energy Journal.
She teaches corporate finance, financial analysis, and portfolio management at undergraduate and graduate levels.
